Forming a detached, two storey home of a typical 20th century appearance, UPP submitted and gained approval for several applications to extend the footprint of the original dwelling.

Following these approvals, a design seeking to demolish the existing dwelling to provide a seven-bedroom house was proposed. The design consists of a modern interpretation of a Georgian property with use traditional red brick, stone banding and slate roof tiles. Integration of bay windows, front porch canopies and traditional brickwork pays homage to surrounding houses on the street while black, metal framed glazing adds a contemporary touch.

A planning application was submitted to the London Barnet in March 2022 and is currently awaiting planning permission.
