The planning process was not entirely smooth sailing and ended up going to Planning Committee, which involved a presentation to members of the Planning Committee and grit and determination to ensure a successful outcome for our client.Concerns were raised by allaying members in regards to potential overheating and compliance with Part O of the building regulations, however, following a lively debate, the Chair exercised her casting vote to concur with the case officer’s positive recommendation and approved the application.
