Constanza is an Architect at UPP who joined the Pamplona team in 2022 which saw its inception in August of that year.  

She studied at the Universidad Nacional de Cordoba in Argentina and completed a Master’s degree at Università degli Studi di Salerno in Italy.

She has previous experience from internships completed with Estudio Sileoni in Cordoba and at Estudio MADE.V as part of her Erasmus exchange in Valladodidin Spain.

At UPP, she forms a key part of the architecture team, working on a variety of residential and commercial schemes. Her expertise lies in creating design solutions to develop backland sites, where she collaborates closely with the planning team to progress schemes for planning approval.

Alfie is a Graduate Town Planner at UPP who joined in the summer of 2023.

Currently, he is in his first year of a degree apprenticeship programme studying Spatial Planning at UCL, which he carries out part-time while getting hands-on experience with the planning team.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Geography from Queen Mary University of London where he has recently graduated from.

Alfie aspires to pursue a career in town planning, driven by his keen interest in urban development which evolved during his studies, in particular from his final year dissertation which analysed the Camden Highline.

Damian joined the team as an Architectural Assistant in 2024. He completed his Part I at the University of Edinburgh and furthered his education at the University of Bath where he gained his Part II. 

Damian brings international experience to the team, having worked in various architectural practices in both Hong Kong and Japan during his years in industry. 

He is passionate about designing human-centric places, stemming from his dissertation on phenomenology and semiotics in architecture. 

Damian is dedicated to exploring and implementing innovative and sustainable design practices.

Dolapo is a Construction Project Manager with over 10 years of experience in the building industry.

Prior to joining the team, Dolapo gained expertise from her project management positions in both London and Nigeria, overseeing the delivery of various schemes from concept to project handover.

Her role at UPP includes managing projects on-site, ensuring the successful execution of a diverse range of new-build residential and commercial developments alongside renovation schemes.

Dolapo has recently completed her Master's degree in Construction Management and Economic, graduating from the University of Greenwich.

James is a Senior Town Planner at UPP with three years’ experience.

He holds a masters degree from the Bartlett School of Planning, specialising in Urban Regeneration and has a keen interest in how the built environment shapes communities.

Joining UPP in 2019, James has rapidly grown in the team from a Graduate Town Planner to a Senior Town Planner supporting various projects to include commercial, residential and mixed-use developments.

James is adept at reviewing sites and identifying new development opportunities, working closely with clients to help navigate them through the planning complexities, while also helping to mentor more junior members of staff.

Raffaello is a project architect at UPP with over eight years of experience.

Following his Master’s degree in Architecture and Building Engineering from the University of Bologna, Raffaello gained a wide range of experience working on projects in both Italy and the UK.

His previous work included assisting with anti-seismic designs for the earthquake struck region of Mirandola, alongside working on restoration projects of historic buildings in Bologna. Prior to joining the team, Raffaello worked with a construction company in Winchester focusing on structural design.

He currently leads the technical team at UPP overseeing the work produced for schemes at RIBA Stages 4-6, while also managing a range of residential and commercial developments on site.

Sundeep is a Part II Architectural Assistant at UPP.

He completed his Part I at the University of Greenwich, taking two years working with UPP to gain insight into the architecture industry, before returning to Greenwich to complete his Part II.

He has a passion for architecture and design and is inspired by 1970’s structural expressionism and the work of Jan Kaplicky and Richard Rogers.

Sundeep re-joined UPP after his Master’s degree in 2022 and is currently a key part of the architecture team developing a range of projects including residential, commercial, cultural and educational schemes from conceptual stage through to planning.

Frankie is a Graduate Town Planner at UPP where she joined in early 2023.

Currently, she is in her second year of a degree apprenticeship programme in Spatial Planning at UCL. Studying part-time, she balances her academic pursuits while gaining hands-on experience with the planning team at UPP.

Her undergraduate degree is from the University of Liverpool where she studied Urban Planning and graduated in 2022. Prior to UPP, she gained work experience with a planning consultancy firm in London.

She has a keen interest in urban environments and property developments since the beginning of her academic career which has led her to pursue a career as a Town Planner.

Emily is an Associate Town Planner at UPP with over 20 years of experience in the planning industry.

Emily has worked in the public sector between 2003 and 2018 including roles up to principal planning level at the London Boroughs of Barnet and Islington gaining valuable planning experience.

She has worked in UPP at senior level since 2018 successfully working on complex and large scale applications involving green belt development and listed buildings.

Using her planning expertise and affordable housing experience, Emily also sits on the board for jLiving on a voluntary basis.

Raheel joined the team as a Senior Planner in 2023, bringing with her over 10 years’ experience at Local Authorities and private consultancies across London and New Zealand.

Prior to UPP, she spent four years in the development management team at the Royal Borough of Greenwich, honing her skills in various aspects of the field.

Her expertise lies in medium to large-scale residential, commercial, industrial, civic and institutional projects.

As a senior member of the planning team, Raheel oversees the efforts of junior planners and also collaborates closely with clients, providing invaluable guidance to navigate the planning process.

Nik is a BIM Architect who joined UPP in 2019.

He earned his Bachelor's in Architecture from SRM University, Chennai, India, in 2009, followed by a Master's from IIT Roorkee.

Nikhil's professional journey spans India and the UK. He collaborated with a prestigious architect-led builder in Bangalore and later joined Iyer & Mahesh Architects in Trivandrum. His work involved high-end residential projects and hospitality schemes, where he immersed himself in the nuances of Kerala's traditional timber architecture.

He has extensive experience in BIM protocols and is a key member of the technical team at UPP where he contributes to a variety of projects from stages 1 to 5 and manages projects on site.

Abi is a successful entrepreneur and one of the co-founders of UPP.

With over 30 years of experience across the entire spectrum of the real estate industry, Abi is known for his business acumen and innovative strategies. Through his ability to navigate market changes, he has successfully developed and nurtured a diverse and continually growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties.

Abi has also helped launch several successful businesses within the real estate industry, including UPP, though he no longer plays an active role in day-to-day operations.

Dragos is an Architect at UPP, holding an undergraduate degree from the University of Lisbon and a Master’s degree from the Universidad de Zaragoza in Architecture.

His professional experience spans three years where he has gained valuable experience across a range of residential and commercial projects in both Spain and the UK and has a passion for architectural construction.

Dragos is a key member of the Pamplona team, joining in 2022 when the office opened in August of that year.

Dragos is part of the technical team at UPP that progresses projects at RIBA Stages 4-6 of projects, including developing drawing packages for building regulations and for tender.

Motti is a town-planner and founding partner of UPP Architects + Town Planners.

Having trained as a real estate and planning lawyer, Motti set up the practice in 2016 in Barnet with the vision of delivering a more direct impact on people, places and their communities.

With over 10 years of professional experience, he has spearheaded a variety of schemes in both the public and private sectors.

Motti leads the planning team at UPP, achieving successful outcomes on a range of projects including major and complex planning applications.

Jelena joined the team in 2023 as a Senior Architect with over 10 years experience in the architecture industry.

During her previous roles, she has collaborated closely in international teams, working both in the UK and around the globe including Italy, Montenegro and China.

Her time at Foster + Partners gave her insight into a broad range of large-scale schemes with a significant focus on the hospitality sector. Jelena also played a crucial role in developing designs for competition entries.

At UPP, Jelena assumes responsibility of overseeing a diverse array of projects, spanning various types and scales. Her specialisation leans towards design-focused schemes, with a strong emphasis on masterplanning and architectural design.

Enrique is an architect and one of two directors at UPP Architects + Town Planners.

With over 10 years of experience in both the UK and internationally, he has worked on a diverse range of projects for world-leading practices including Foster + Partners. He has also been an architecture tutor for over three years at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Enrique leads the architecture team at UPP, to ensure delivery of a range of new-build residential and commercial developments and conversion schemes alongside private houses and cultural and educational projects around the U.K.

Miguel joined UPP as a Senior Architect in 2021, bringing with him over eight years of experience from both the UK and Spain.

Working on a vast range of large-scale schemes, Miguel has gained invaluable expertise from his time at Foster + Partners leading residential, commercial, leisure and hospitality schemes internationally.

Miguel is also is the head of design where he oversees the design and delivery of schemes produced by the architecture team on a varying types and scales of projects.

Marcos is an Architect with experience both in the UK and Spain. He joined UPP after completing his master’s degree in architecture at the Universidade de Coruña and is a key member of the Pamplona team.

He has extensive experience in BIM methodology, graphic design, and modelling.

Marcos combines his skills in BIM and graphic design to create modern designs for traditional housing projects, covering all RIBA stages.

Sustainability and the concept of passive house are key elements of his design philosophy, and he places great importance on creating construction details, exploring new materials, and adopting innovative construction techniques.

Frederika joined UPP in 2021 as an Office Manager/Architectural Designer with over five years of professional experience in both architecture and architectural journalism.

After gaining her degree in architecture, she contributed to publications including The Architectural Review before returning to practice and completing her RIBA Part II at Westminster University.

Her role at UPP includes supporting studio management and helping to manage the design team, while also leading the company’s marking, new business and communication matters to include competition entries, social media and website management.

Miguel joined UPP in 2022 as an Architect, forming part of the Pamplona office which saw its inception in August of that year.

He studied at the Universidad de Navarra, where he participated in the Constructive Design and Global Architecture Programme.

His professional experience has ranged between Argentina, London and Spain, where he has worked with Santiago Viale in Cordoba and Alpex Architecture and Castanon Associates in London.

Miguel has a keen interest in timber construction, motivating him to pursue a master’s degree at the Universidad del Pais Vasco in San Sebastian.
