An existing greenfield site located in Chelmsford Essex is characterised by several trees, a small pond and a number of surrounding properties.

UPP developed a proposal seeking to propose 4four-bedroom semi-detached properties and 2 five-bedroom detached properties. Brick and timber cladding have been incorporated to build upon the natural character of the site with the reprovision of an enlarged pond and tree replanting scheme to place sustainability and biodiversity as a central pillar within the proposal.

The proposal has been submitted to the Local Planning Authority and is awaiting decision.
