Working closely with our client to shape the brief for Finchley Road, particular emphasis has been placed on providing luxury and family-sized apartments ,appropriate for downsizers drawn to the area and its local amenities.
While the proposal appears as a two-storey structure from street level, the project comprises of four levels and a basement that will house parking facilities, a wellness area and a swimming pool. The upper floors have been designed to offer generously proportioned apartments, totalling three two-bedroom and six three-bedroom units, each with access to private external amenity space and a communal garden.
The design approach strives to craft a distinctive design amidst its residential context, while also maintaining a careful balance between a spacious development and the surrounding green space that envelopes it.
After a successful pre-application, the design has evolved to create high-quality accommodation in a desirable location and has been submitted to the London Borough of Barnet for full planning.
