Adjacent to Mill Hill underground station, proposals were developed to provide a new-build block of flats consisting of 9 residential units following a previous approval for the site providing 7 units.

The design adopts a sleek and linear appearance utilising limestone and brick cladding to frame large window openings. Introduction of balconies provides outdoor space for each flat.

An application has been submitted to the London Borough of Barnet for an enhanced scheme providing nine units, including an additional family-sized unit.
