Sam is a Senior Town Planner at UPP with over four years experience across the public and private sectors. He holds an MSc in Spatial Planning and Development from Cardiff University and is a Chartered member of the RTPI.

His experience spans a variety of sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial and education, where he has led both minor and major planning applications.

This background allows him to support projects through the planning process and help navigate complex planning challenges.
