James is an Associate Town Planner at UPP with over three years of experience. He holds a master’s degree from the Bartlett School of Planning.

Since joining UPP in 2019, James has quickly advanced from a Graduate Town Planner to his current associate role. He has supported a range of projects, including commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.

James is adept in reviewing sites and identifying new development opportunities. He works closely with clients to navigate planning complexities and also mentors junior staff members.
