Emma joined UPP as a Senior Town Planner in late 2025, bringing over five years of experience in the planning industry. Before relocating to London, she worked as a Senior Planner at a leading private consultancy in Melbourne, Australia, where she managed a wide range of residential, commercial, mixed-use, education, and civic projects of varying scales and complexity.

She holds a Master’s degree in Town Planning from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Law/Arts from Monash University. Emma takes a considered and strategic approach to her work, with particular strengths in project management and stakeholder engagement.
