Dragos Rus
Architect

Dragos is an Architect at UPP, holding an undergraduate degree from the University of Lisbon and a Master’s degree in Architecture from the Universidad de Zaragoza.

With over 3 years of professional experience, he has worked across a range of residential and commercial projects in both Spain and the UK, developing a particular interest in architectural construction and technical design.

Dragos has been a key part of the Pamplona office since joining UPP in 2022. He is part of the technical team, progressing projects through RIBA Stages 4–6, including the development of drawing packages for building regulations and tender.
