Located in the heart of Camden, adjacent to Regent’s Park, 126 Albert Street is a 2,500 sqm premium office refurbishment and extension.

The design is shaped by Camden’s character and creative energy, reimagining an existing office building originally designed by Sheppard Robson.

The scheme reinterprets the existing structure to support contemporary ways of working while retaining its original character. Interventions improve natural light, proportions, and material quality. Key features such as the external spiral staircase are retained and refurbished, reinforcing the relationship between old and new.

The result is a high-end workspace with a strong architectural identity.

The project is currently nearing completion on site.
