Nestled between two existing houses in North London, a detached garage presented a unique opportunity to provide an additional family home for the local area.

UPP designed a three storey new-build dwelling seeking to provide a traditional family home with a generous rear garden and outbuilding. The proposals seek to replicate the decorative brickwork and stonework found on the existing dwelling on site to provide a dwelling which blends in well with the existing street. A projecting first floor bay window provides a focal point on the dwelling while introducing generous natural light for the home.

Planning permission was granted in 2021 with UPP producing technical drawings for construction purposes. Construction has begun with a target for completion in 2023.
